I bought this a few years ago for picking up my wood bricks for my stove, now they get delivered to my house and I don't use it anymore. The winch will need a new battery, but works great. I didn't get a title with it, only a bill of sale and the West Virginia permanent plate it came with. We have a small farm so I run a farm tag on it anyway, but you can have the West Va tag with it. My neighbor just used this trailer to go pick up a full size antique Ford truck, trailer works fine. That Jeep on there I picked up 3 hours from my house. 2 1/4" ball, hook up and go.
