We are seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman to perform general maintenance and repair work for residential and/or commercial properties. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently while representing the company professionally.
Responsibilities
Perform general repairs including drywall, painting, minor plumbing, minor electrical, and carpentry
Install and repair fixtures, doors, hardware, and trim
Diagnose maintenance issues and recommend practical solutions
Complete work orders efficiently and safely
Maintain clean and organized job sites
Communicate clearly with supervisors and customers
Drive a company van to and from job sites
Requirements
Proven experience as a handyman or maintenance technician
Strong general repair and troubleshooting skills
Must be able to drive a company van
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Knowledge of basic safety practices
Preferred Qualifications
Trade certifications or formal training
Experience in residential or commercial property maintenance
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
