About the Role
Integration Pathways builds automation for agencies that don't have time for manual busywork. We need someone reliable to keep client records accurate and communication on track as we grow — work that's straightforward but matters a lot to how smoothly our client relationships run.
What You'll Do
-Enter and maintain client data across our CRM and project tools
-Keep client records, contracts, and contact details accurate and up to date
-Respond to client emails and scheduling requests promptly and professionally
-Flag inconsistencies or follow-ups before they become problems
-Support onboarding of new clients with checklists and documentation
What We're Looking For
-Comfortable with spreadsheets, CRMs, and basic web tools
-Strong attention to detail — typos and dropped follow-ups aren't your style
-Clear, friendly written communication
-Self-starter who's reliable working independently
-No prior experience required — l training provided, though data entry, admin, or customer service experience is a plus.
