Nice room for rent in a spacious house in a beautiful neighborhood. You can use all other areas of the house, except someone else's room of course. Also, I have other rooms for rent as well if this room is not exactly what you want; just call/text me.
Couples are accepted. Deposit is half of one month's rent and can be split up over time for your convenience if needed. All utilities are included. Animals on a case by case basis.
