Mitsubishi SUV Tire Cover - $90 (King George)

I bought this from a friend thinking that I would use it to cover the spare tire for my boat trailer, however, it is too large to work as I hoped. The inside measurements are about 31" plus diameter and very roughly 8.5 inches in depth at the outer edge. Please see photos of measurements.
