Came off of a 2004 Ford F250 super duty crew cab. The power windows, power door locks, safety window lockout, and power mirror controls all work perfectly. The bezel, or switch housing has one clip that is broken on one corner...see the pictures.
I ordered a replacement switch housing and it came with switches and panel all together. So don't need this one.
Again, the switch controls and buttons are all in perfect condition.
