Seeking Musicians for Rock Band Project (Fredericksburg)

Starting a 80s–90s rock band and looking for the right crew to build something great from day one — with room for newer songs and classic throwbacks.
Seeking:
Lead Singer (or multiple singers who harmonize well). Also if you play an instrument such as guitar/acoustic/horn/sax.
Lead Guitar (vocals required).Acoustic also desired.
Bass (vocals required)/Guitar/Acoustic also desired.
Drums (vocals desired)/ Great timing required/Ability to tone it down for small spaces/events.
Sound & Vibe:
Journey, Van Halen, Foreigner, Duran Duran, Heart, The Police, Bon Jovi, Peter Gabriel/ big anthems/ power ballads/ with select newer/older rock that fits the spirit.
Big hooks. Big vocals. Big sound/with the ability to not over play. Looking to develop tight backing harmonies.
Vision/Goal:
A solid 4–5 piece band with shared vision, a professional attitude, and chemistry that makes rehearsals go fast.
Playing clubs/spaces/events. Building the brand. Not looking to just jam or play deep cuts.
Practices:
Mainly weekends
In a comfortable, low-stress and clean environment (time of day is flexible)
Focused but fun — we will follow a prepared set list.
You should have:
Gig-ready gear
Reliable transportation
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Experience playing live (solo or with others) and locking into a groove
Good communication
Willingness to rehearse, refine, and perform
Be on time and prepared
