Help! I'm a retired female looking for a small 2 bdrm house to rent in the country. I live on disability and Im discovering any decent place to rent exceeds my income. Do you need someone to oversee your farm if you dont live in the area? Im your person! 🙂 I dont drink or smoke cigarettes. I have excellent references and pay all my bills in a timely fashion. Here's the catch. I can only afford $400 a month. If the house has a well and septic tank, I could afford a bit more if I wasnt paying for that.
