I have a 2023 Highland cow available. She just had her first calf unassisted and is a great mom; she even let a mini Jersey nurse on her. No known health issues. Registered with IMCBR. She is open; I have not bred her back yet.
This cow is easy to work with and has always been very agreeable, however, she isn’t the type you can go up and hug. She has never been aggressive and was perfectly fine when I handled her new born calf. But I would describe her as skittish with new people. She does follow me around and now that she knows me she eats horse peppermint treats out of my hand. She even let me brush her this summer. She is very easy to move from one field to another if I have a bucket of grain. I would expect her to be the same with her new human family once she gets to know them.
