Beautiful and rare Tiffany-stained "glass" ceiling light fixture with grapevine design.
It is 16" in diameter.

Stained plastic elements are connected by hand soldering.
It has 3-4 cracked elements that can be repaired using a little bit of glue/epoxy or left as is.
