Heavy duty garage/shop heater. It is missing mounting bracket that does on the side. It comes up on google as a "Fahrenheat 5,000-Watt 240-Volt Garage Ceiling Heater (model FUH54)." However I see no identifying marks to know for sure what brand it is. Works as it should.
