compensation: Depending on Experience

Family owned Cleaning and Handyman business seeking an "experienced" office administrator for all duties associated with running a small multi-service business. Must be proficient and efficient with all office programs needed to run a busy small business office (QuickBooks, Word, Excel, E-mail accounts, Neat desk scanner and more). Ability to type 45+wpm & "organizing skills are a must,"..... creating hard/digital files for all customers, receipts, estimates, invoicing and much more....(Approx 5 - 6hrs a day Mon-Fri.)
** Ideal candidate would have prior working knowledge/experience in running a small business office through QuickBooks Pro, highly organized, your own transportation, etc.**
