Looking for for a black, Grey interior, 93 mustang cobra... vin 1FACP42DXPF177037. Build number 3698. If you have any information on the car, current owner or location, please contact me. Last DMV registered in King George, Virginia. 12/22/2011. I have information and pictures for the current owner.

I have been told the second owner was caught street racing. The car may have been confiscated by the state of Virginia and turned into an under cover Police car. Anybody have information on the car? I have the first four years of history to share with the current owner.
