Utility trailer for lifted trucks

I have a 4x8 utility trailer that I built back when I had a lifted Jeep.

TL;DR at bottom.

The frame is 2x2x3/16 wall tube.
The floor is treated 2x6" planks.
The tail lights are both cracked/broken from trips to the scrap yard.
4 pin harness.
Designed to sit flat with a 33" ball height (measured at top of ball).
The frame was welded with a 220v Hobart handler 185, not some harbor freight flux core junk.

My Jeep is gone, and my suburban sits way too low to use this trailer. I don't see the point in hanging on to something I can't use. If no one is interested in it, I'll just cut the tongue off and rebuild it to use with my suburban.

I built this trailer. I started the process of getting a title for it; it has a DMV registered VIN tag, and it has been inspected by the VA state police. I never finished the process to get the title, I've just been using it without a license plate.

This is the only thing about this trailer that I don't like:
It's on an old car axle with mono leaf springs.
The springs are too soft. I've towed almost 1000 lbs of scrap on this trailer, but the pumpkin was bottomed out on the floor.

Looking to trade for a car trailer. I don't care if it's old, beat up, home made, or needs work.
My only must haves is that it:
Be safe
Have trailer brakes
Take a regular wheel, not a camper/house wheel.

Text or email only, please. show contact info
Thanks.

TL;DR home built, bomb proof frame, no title ATM, weak springs, 33" ball height (top of ball). trade for car trailer.
