Tenant must be gay friendly and like dogs. My partner and I have two Akitas. No other pets allowed. We're both professionals, grew up in SoCal, are very social, easy going, friendly, and work a ton. We drink socially and have friends over occasionally.
Drugs and smoking are not allowed. Zero.
The room is ideally suited for a student, professional, or a member of the military. No couples.
Port Royal is 15 minutes to Fort AP Hill, 20 to Dahlgren Naval Facility, 25 to Historic Fredericksburg and train station, 1 hour to Richmond, and 1:20 to Washington, DC.
